This role involves building and maintaining AI workflows, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and supporting a suite of specialised models used in automated document intelligence. ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain AI-powered systems and workflows
Develop and manage RAG pipelines and prompt-based solutions
Work closely with engineering and product teams to deliver commercial-grade applications
Ensure robust testing, observability, and monitoring of production systems
Develop scalable microservices and data pipelines for cloud environments (AWS Lambda or Kubernetes)Contribute to ongoing improvements in platform performance, reliability, and security
Incorporate best practices for information security across all areas of developmentRequirements5+ years of professional experience in software or AI engineering
Advanced proficiency in PythonHands-on experience with LLMs and deploying RAG or similar architectures
